My fiance and I came for a weekend to get engaged on the Eastern Shore, and this was a perfect cute motel. The price is definitely right for a Fall stay. We enjoyed spooky decorations and calling our families by the fire pit at night. The bed and room were comfortable though not the most spacious. And you don’t get all the amenities like breakfast, a gym, or many communal spaces, but location allowed us to walk to quite a few restaurants and was a quick drive to everything in Chincoteague. Would stay here again, in the pink room!

The Inn on Main is a quaint, quiet & convenient spot to chill between adventures on Chincoteague. The rooms are clean & updated with retro touches. We had everything we needed for a comfortable overnight stay. The staff is also friendly and accommodating.

What a great gem of a find. Imagine a classic roadside motel updated with style and care from an owner who puts her heart and her talents into making her guests have a wonderful experience. This Young couple put their livelihood on the line to make this place a special escape for their guests. I always love supporting independent small businesses rather then chains. Enjoy your stay!

Motel converted to hipster hotel. Rooms are comfortable and upgraded and quite large. The design aesthetic is sort of a "what's on sale at Wayfair during Black Friday" but looks nice for a seasonal hotel. Our room was mostly updated, but the shower hardware was still from the past. You can tell they are working on different upgrades as the years go on, and I'm sure, as they earn more revenue.

No reason at all for less than 5 stars! Rooms are clean and roomy. Staff is so friendly. The salt water pool was clean and never crowded. They supply towels for the pool. The yard is a peaceful area to sit in the shade with a beverage. We’ll definitely be back!

(I stayed here 2 years ago and left this review, but I just realized I left it for the Inn on Main in Annapolis, VA, haha. Reposting it for the correct location) If you’re used to a bougie and super upscale hotel, the exterior of the Inn on Main will deceive you - it looks a little run down. However, the inside is so modern and chic. I appreciated the contrast as it seemed that they are preserving the history of the place. I am sort of a neat freak when it comes to hotels, and I wouldn’t say it’s the cleanest place ever, but it was definitely good for the price. They have a Keurig (there’s a coffee shop 2 min away too), very nice toiletries (lotion, soaps, shampoos), a TV, and the best of all, the fridge and microwave!! The shower itself isn’t modern or super new, but the water pressure was nice and the tub is clean. I did not check out the pool. It seems to be run by a family, but everyone at the front desk is so nice and accommodating. I would definitely recommend and come back :)

Very nice stay on the island. Rooms clean and decorated very cutely and each one is themed. Parents stayed in the turtle room, we stayed in the adjacent flamingo room. Parking is limited in lot, has on street parking as well. No phones in the rooms but there are microwaves, small fridge, coffee maker, soaps and such and the rooms are very clean and smell fresh. TV with cable and really comfy beds! If asked if we'd stay here again, YES!
